IJCP Publications Ltd. was founded in 1990 by Padma Shri and Dr BC Roy National Awardee Dr KK Aggarwal and was the pioneer of medical journalism in India. It started with the objective of updating the knowledge of medical professionals.

We began with a single monthly journal, ‘The Indian Journal of Clinical Practice’ launched in 1990 by the Late Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, the then Vice President of India. Since then, we have grown into various specialty journals, including diabetes, obesity, and pediatric practice.

 The aim of the “Asian Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Practice” is to help gynaecologists and obstetricians, both in India and internationally, to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in medicine. About Asian Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Practice

 Asian Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Practice was launched in December 1996 as the first of the series of specialized journals under the ‘Asian Series.’ The journal covers a whole range of topics in the specialty, from antenatal care to general gynecology to operative obstetrics, including its subspecialties of Urogynecology, Oncology, and Reproductive Endocrinology.

Asian Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Practice publishes peer-reviewed original research, clinical reviews, case reports, clinical practice updates, and news updates on diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology-related discussion from antenatal care to general gynecology to operative obstetrics with the aim to promote the continued professional development of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists

Asian Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Practice has been published regularly every quarter since it was first launched in June 1996 as a quarterly medical journal.

The journal is available in print and is also available online. The ISSN (print version) number is 0971-8788; the RNI number is 66982/96.
